The Log of Claims was revised after discussions with WWF Australia and the Queensland Department of Environment and Resouce Managment. It has been accepted by the Queensland Committee of the SRC, and by WWF. It is currently awaiting ratification by the members of the coalition.

When the supply fo Postcards to the Premier was exhausted, the SRC had not achieved its aim of having the Stock Rourtes and Reserves declared ‘Protected Corridors for Travelling Stock and Biodiversity’.
Two new sets of postcards were commissioned, one to the Premier and the other to the Minister for Natural Resurces and Water.

Stock Route Assessment Panel Report |

The Qld Minister for Natural Resources and Water recenlty released key findings of the review undertaken on Queensland’s stock route network. The Stock Routes Coalition accepted the invitatioon to make a response.

On August 7, at the Royal National Association Exhibition in Brisbane, the Coalition stared distrubuting 7000 postcards. They were for people to send to the Premier of Queensland Anna Bligh, and ask her to Save Our Stockroutes.
